Kassia created these memberships to help people gain informed advice about how to train effectively and reduce the risk of injury. It is a membership site that provides access to video tutorials that gives you the techniques and tools you need to be better – in your body, your training, and your pole dance.

More about Kassia

Kassia has spent time managing pole events; The Bristol Pole Championships and The UK Professional Pole Championships. She has competed many times over the years which gives her a great insight into the competitive world and loves helping others when going through this experience.

Kassia has worked both online and in a clinical environment as a Sports Rehabilitator, helping pole dancers overcome various injuries.
